Every time I have eaten here my food has been wonderful. As for the service, always excellent. Definitely recommend visiting
Nice humble place were most locals attend. Reasonable, great service , clean and tasty . I always have this hamburger because it’s tasty and not greasy . You can always substitute the fries. Yes , the fries are not wing stop fries or have Parmesan with garlic salt . Again very humble place with nice friendly people. Sometimes you have to go to places like this to make you realize they are truly nice people out there.

Their Chicken Fried Steak is....wow! Finished to perfection, proper size and fixings, the steak was very tender. The young lady server was very prompt and attentive to my needs. I always order half and half tea/lemonade ( Arnold Palmer) and she got it perfect! Judging by the patrons I saw while in there, here is where the locals come for a good meal! If you find yourself around Carrizo Springs TX during lunch time, this place won't disappoint you. Thank God for places like these!
Great stop over at Carizo Springs. Very good home style Mexican food. Migas were delicious and salsa had really good taste and a slight kick. Thank you whomever paid for our breakfast. We will pass it forward.
Great friendly service. I ordered the chicken fried steak with fries and a side salad. The chicken fried steak literally took up the entire plate. It was a hand-breaded, deep fried steak, with home style fries, country gravy and Texas toast and a side salad. Great tasting food and very large portions. I definitely recommend this plate and place in Carrizo Springs, TX. Happy eating.
First time here and a great place to eat. We left satisfied with the service and food.
The service was great the atmosphere was perfect and the food was cooked to our liking.
